Deeper Values
The coach’s commitment

Cultivate Vulnerability, Awareness and Joy
I am committed to the path of living free by embracing the practices of vulnerability, awareness and joy. In vulnerability I will show up and allow myself to be seen, known and heard, while creating space for others to do the same. In awareness, I will always start with curiosity and move forward by seeking to learn what is true in the exterior and interior world of myself and others. I will invest in joy by practicing rest, play and gratitude in my everyday life.
Do Your Heart Work
I am committed to the path of living free by doing my own heart-work first. I will never ask anyone to go somewhere that I have not gone. I will continue to pursue the healing of my own heart and the growth of my spiritual life. I am open and willing to learn through pain, disorder, and the stretching of my context. I will seek out the help that I need when I need it. I will cultivate and be open to the deep community I have around me.
Deep Well of Passion and Wisdom
I am committed to the path of living free by developing a deep well of passion and wisdom. When I give of myself it flows out of a deep and powerful drive of passion, bridled by a matured heart, that seeks wisdom and discernment. Drawing from this deep well I can offer the full range of my unique passions, desires, strengths and creativity.
Walk intimately with God
I am committed to the path of living free by walking intimately with God. The central pursuit of my life is a deep and intimate relationship with God. I live out of the abundance of my Father’s good heart, never out of scarcity or entitlement. When offering to others I am joining in the work that He is already doing. So, I listen and watch for Him, creating space for Him to move and join Him on the way.
Just Cause
What is a Just Cause?
A “Just Cause” is a phrase introduced by author and business guru Simon Sinek in his book The Infinite Game. It is the driving force and a much deeper “why” behind the mission of your organization. A just cause has three criteria:
- A just cause is bigger than you or your organization
- A just cause cannot be completed if you had a hundred lifetimes to do it in
- To move your just cause forward you must become a better person than you already are

To reveal the inherent dignity and goodness in every person and every thing.
