When we don’t accept our limitations we put unhealthy and unrealistic expectations on ourselves.It is like asking a person with a broken leg to run a marathon.How could we possibly expect that to go well?That is unkind!There are real limits in your life and you can thrive within those limits by working with those limits as real boundaries.When we don’t try to do or be everything, this also gives room for others to thrive as well.
